So to be honest, the fact that you can't pick up your medication without an ecard is still "acceptable". But if you have lost your ecard and only receive an electronic prescription from your family doctor, will you not receive any medication? And then cheeky answers😂
All other pharmacies in Vienna accept an electronic prescription but Lainer Apotheke apparently does not. Sad.
